On 31 August many joined Berkshire again for the Ashe Warren Farm Drive, courtesy of Colin Pawson. This was reported as a most successful and enjoyable drive.

Diane Collacott and Peter Kyle qualified as able bodied whips for the RDA on 27.8.08. They will now be able to accompany disabled whips on outings. This assessment was quite stringent, with a very heavy emphasis on safety.

Diane Collacott and Peter Kyle accompanied Lorraine Edwards, a disabled whip , to a training day at the Unicorn Trust at Stow ion the Wold, organised by Margaret Brockie, on behalf of Carriage Driving Sports Group for drivers with disabilities, over the 16th and 17th September. This was a really fulfilling two days, where the teaching was superb, and Lorraine achieved tremendous success with cones and obstacles.
